We are not responsible for undelivered emails, as we cannot control any spam filters you or your isp may have in place, as well as any lost electronic transmissions that occur occasionally.

Check your spam box for your receipt if you do not receive it. However, there are a small fraction of customers who fail to receive email from us, no matter how many times we send it. We appreciate your understanding if you encounter such a problem. If you absolutely require a confirmation, email us with your order number and we will phone you at the number you submitted with your order.

Guarantee
Any rosary you purchase from here is covered by a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and/or workmanship. That means should there be any defect in any of the rosary parts, crucifix, center or beads, that is not part of a natural variation of the parts, beads, crucifix or center, that defective piece will be replaced.

Simply contact us for an authorization number should you encounter a defect that slipped our detection, and we will include with that authorization, instructions on how to return your rosary for repair. Defects can be in the materials or workmanship, including wrong engraving done by our engraver. If you do need a repair you simply pay the return postage, and your item will be repaired and sent back to you without further postage cost from the warranty center.

The guarantee does not cover excessive force, or abuse of the rosary in a manner in which rosaries are not constructed to withstand. Our rosaries are not constructed to withstand rough housing, unusual tugging, impacts against hard objects, and so on. If you are very active, you need to store your rosary in a safe place while you engage in strenuous physical activity. Damages a rosary may occur through inappropriate stress is not considered a defect in materials or workmanships.

While many people wear rosaries around their necks, rosaries are not meant to withstand many types of stress, including, but not limited to, a restless sleeper, prolonged exposure to water, snagging on objects, etc. Although most customers understand this, due to our merchant provider, we are still required to state this. If you damage your rosary purchased from us, and wish to have it fixed, contact us for a quote for repairing it.
